I have been leary of Krystal burgers since not feeling well after eating at another establishment years ago, but having no... alternative and pressed for time, I had to go for it. We stopped at Exit 3 on I-75 in Tennessee in the middle of the day. Chairs were on top of the tables, door was unlocked. We... walked in and no one appeared for about 5 minutes then she stuck her head around and said she was waiting for her boss and onlythe drive thru was open. We returned to our car and entered the drive thru - no one answered. We said hello 2 to 3 times andno response. We drive on to, I believe it was Exit 6 and had good service. Read more
This might be the slowest Krystal?s and for them to be slow you would think your food wood be fresh and hot and good but it?s... no!!! If I could give them a zero I would. The employees also act as if you are bothering them to do there job. I remember whenKrystal?s was a good place to eat with a great value and now it?s just terrible all the way around. Read more

I?m just going to let the picture speak for itself because like why? I have never been served so much mayonnaise on a sandwich! ... Does anyone prepare food with love anymore lol. Don't go for breakfast. The sausage on the biscuit is severely under sized and mine was also overcooked/dry.I pushed it to touch... just one edge of the biscuit and had as many bites with meat as without. The biscuit was also incredibly greasy. And mySunrisers were pre-made and so sat on a heat rack and as we all know the come in the little boxes like regular krystals so 90percent of the cheese was melted to the bottom of the box. Elvis loved Krystal's, I find them odd. The new fries are batter dipped and crunchy and I like them a lot.
Shake machine down, no ice for replacement soda, burgers cold. Only thing that was good were the ff. They were hot. Drive-thru... service was ok. He did smile. Not too happy with my experience at Krystal. Read more
