I cannot stand that they only serve pretzel bites. They have gotten too lazy to actually make pretzels. The pretzels in my... opinion taste like a generic dinner roll, dipped in butter and salted with pretzel salt. That doesn't make it a pretzel in myeyes. I won't be back. absolutely awful service today! we walked in around 6. waited in line and then was looked over twice! we stood at the front of... the counter and the worker asked ?who?s next?? and waved for the people BEHIND us to come up. when my husband spoke up to tellher we were next, she continued to avoid us. so I told her we were next and she was rude the entire time she helped us. i haveno idea what we did to be treated that way. we waited our turn and everything! we didnt leave til around 6:40!!! i just wantedto get my baby ONE cookie and she loves this place. we go to this location a lot and have never been treated like that.
