I ordered a steak and cheese sub with 15 chicken bites. Well needless to say whoever put my food in the bag obviously don?t care... about customer service. She put the sub in first and then proceeded to put the box of chicken bites on top of it rather then theother way around. So I paid good money for a flattened sub. Nope not ever again will I go back to this store. Oh and I ordered a12? sub which the cooks don?t have the brains enough to cut it in 2 pieces. What a joke. Would leave zero stars if possible, ordered pizza at 9:57, estimated delivery time 10:42. When it didn't arrive on time I called... the store twice with no answer. Waited an hour for our pizza and then received a call at 10:51 informing me that my order wascanceled because apparently the delivery driver left early. Completely unacceptable. Also no offers for future discounts oranything at all for our inconvenience. Ridiculous! Read more
I received a Marco's flyer in the mail. I ordered the deal online. I was told there was a problem with the coupon and to call... the store. I called the store, explained the situation, and was put on hold. In the 21 minutes I was on hold, I pulled up theDominos app, ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas for $17.10 total and was picking them up 4 miles from the house when the guy atMarco's hung up the phone. Not once while I was on hold did he come back and explain how he was resolving the situation, thankme for my patience, or even attempt to.... I don't know WHAT he was doing in the 21 minutes he had me on hold! Long story short,if it is not too late, it does not matter how good the pizza or the deal is. If the store makes it impossible to do business,cut your losses, like I did, and RUN to Domino's. You will be glad you did and they will be happy to see and serve you. I love marcos pizza,but the service is left to be desired. I called in order they put me on eternal hold,stayed on the phone to... go get pizza. Payed for waited and waited until I drive.to the window to ask if my pizza was ready. She asked if I had placed myorder then asked if I paid for it. People get it together why would I wait for it if I hadn't pay for it. Read more

Would Give Zero Stars On 11/16/21 TERRY was contacted about inaccuracy of order.Tomatoes on both salads, Tomato allergy in... house hold. Cheese pizza not fresh, 4 dressings short. I told him it wasn't about free food.. i express concerns,, he continuedto over talk me , I mention at one point the cheese pizza wasn't freshly made.. which he said it was i reminded him that we arethe customers to which he replied "I don't care!" He then abruptly hung up on me. I also expressed the fact that the orders areWRONG most of the time requiring remakes as we wait in drive through.. Check your records... too much money spent there , toomuch time wasted and then to be spoken to with such blatant disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. Remember Marcos... word ofmouth is the best and WORST advertisement you can get. I have said over the years, I'm done! I am done.
