We went through drive-thru and wanted the Mix & Match for $4.49, two large vanilla iced coffees, and a large sweet tea with no... ice. The woman working had the first three sandwiches on the screen, but they were over $13 for the three of them. I explainedto her that I wanted the the mix & match for $4.49. She told me that one of the sandwiches wasn't part of that deal. I told herthat it said it was on the screen. Then she put two of it, leaving me at 5 sandwiches, instead of the 4 that we wanted. Everytime I'd tell her what the order was supposed to be and try to add another item, she would rudely ask, "Does that complete yourorder?" At one point, I told her that it was supposed to be two large vanilla iced coffees, not one. She repeated it back, "Youwant two of them?" To which I replied that I did. She had an attitude and said, "That's what I asked!" As I was trying to gether to understand that she kept messing up a simple order, she said, "Pull forward." and was gone. We finally got our orderstraightened out, but it should not have been complicated or stressful. The Manager clearly needs to go over McDonald'sCustomer Service actions with the staff, because this time it was a solid fail. However, the food was on point and definitelyto McDonald's standards! Good service. They have signs up telling you to use the kiosks which I honestly prefer. My husband couldn't eat his burger... because it had a lot of mayo on it. There was so much mayo that it was on the top of the bun and all on the wrapper. I willnever understand how they do a drop of ketchup and mustard but then do 10 squirts of mayo Read more
Rude staff. They missed an item in our bag then when asked about it said it wasn't on the ticket but I'll put one in the bag for... you this time. As if they hadn't messed up. This was our 2nd time coming to this McDonald's. I guess I expected better but if Iask for 2 combos I expect 2 fries. Period. Read more
We should really stop calling these places fast food if it's going to take 20 min per order. There were only 4 people in the... lobby waiting on food and it still took this long. My kids had time to jump on the play set and get tired and want to leavebefore their happy meals were done. The lobby is clean though. The food is well it's McDonald's so you should know what you'regetting by now. The menu really doesn't change. Read more

I realize places are short on help, but this McDonald's is always awful. You sit and wait forever on your lunch break. Get the... food and the fries old, the nuggets old. No matter what I buy, it's old tasting/cold. Then they don't have anything, cashier,can I get some mayo, we don't have any, ketchup, we don't have any, mustard, we don't have any. Nice staff. A very busy store..I turned to go get my tea, and all of sudden this man came running around the corner slammed into... me and I screamed. If I had my tea, it would of soaked me.. As I was waiting for my order, I found out it was the manger rushingfrom outside to give a customer their food by hand. And rushed back in to help with other orders. I'm a healthcare provider,and when handing me my food I explained to this manager we see many slip and falls in our clinic. He did say he was sorrybumping into me. Read more
Went through drive-through right at closing time to pick up a mobile order. When I got my food, I looked in the bag and there... were a couple of things missing. The young lady who took care of me apologized for the issue and said if I would pull up, shewould bring me the missing items. After about 5 8 she came out with much more than h was missing. She apologized once again andsaid that since I had to wait, she was sure that the food I already had was not as hot or as fresh as it should have been so sheremade the entire orders that everything was hot and fresh. What took her a few minutes to do made a lasting impression. Thatnot only speaks to her level of commitment but speaks to her training and the management staff at the store.
