Y?all?s window service on 11-22-22 at around 8:45 was terrible. Cute little black girl but her attitude made her look like she... was homeless. the food here is pretty typical for a mcdonald?s, but the service isn?t great at all. it?s always super slow, so be prepared to... be in the drive-thru for at least fifteen minutes or so, and make sure you check to be sure your order is correct before youleave. usually the employees are friendly enough, and it is a bit quicker if you go inside versus using the drive-thru. i gohere simply because it?s closer to my house but would prefer to go to other locations. Normally the service here is hit or miss, but today was an exception. I normally order a quarter pounder, I'm usually a little... disappointed by either the wait or getting shorted a patty or over/under seasoning:( . This place was terrible. Employees were slow and unpleasant. Waited forever for our order to be done. We were probably there... almost 20 minutes and there was only 1 order in front of usually. Didn't even have shake made when waiting so long for food. Wewouldn't have gotten it if we hadn't told them we ordered one and had to ask for our drink cup as well. Orders were not made asordered, so our kids didn't even eat them because they hate mustard which was on their burger when we ordered plain. I understand it is a holiday week, staff shortages, and everyone is TIRED. However, when it is specified NO KETCHUP, NO... MUSTARD...this is what was served to us. I know y'all can do better! I come to this location for the OUTSTANDING AND SUPERIORcustomer service, but this poor sandwich did not deserve this lol. Please do better next time! Went to drive thru. Got order wrong. I tried to correct it. Was told to pull forward and would fix order then. I was then... berated by cashier telling me that's what I ordered. I tried to explain, in case it was different cashier. She told me that'swhat I ordered and would have to live with it. I left. Terrible service Read more
