Gotta tell ya, these people need to get it together. They gave my food away twice. I started to just get a refund but the way... the staff was acting I thought I should leave well enough alone. I frequent this location because it?s close to our land so I?velearned faces just as they recognize my vehicle when I pull up to the window. I?d like to say that this was just a fluke butit?s chaos every time I go. I?ll see them again sometime this week. I don?t have but 2 other choices and they aren?t muchbetter. Read more
The lights outside were off, even though they were open. No one would answer the drive through. We tried and waited for 5-10... minutes. As we left we noticed about 5 employees outside on the front talking and smoking. We didn't see any employees insidethe restaurant from the outside. We went across the road to DQ and ate there. Cashier was quiet rude, and even though I ordered ahead online I was there for over 30 mins while others came in ordered were... served and left. I have never had such service from this location before, but let's just say the cashier made me questioncoming back any time soon, and I usually stop in there at least 2-3 times a month. Read more
Went through the drive through and was told they didn?t have ice coffee. My co worker was two cars behind me and ordered ice... coffee and got three of them. I also had a co worked order ahead of me and he received his. Read more
Nothing I bought today seemed hot enough, except the french fries. The chicken nuggets were cold not cool! The unsweetened tea... was actually coffee over ice. The ice was already melted when she handed it to me. The outside of cup was wet. I took a bigswallow, hoping to get one big cold sip and almost spit it out due to the flavor. Coffee, not what I was expecting. We hadnuggets, bacon double cheeseburgers, fish sandwiches, and fries. Very disappointed for $25 spent! Read more
