1rst time eating @ this restaurant. I am vegan & ordered take out through a delivery service: 1 main item = Beyond Orange Chikn... & 2 sides = power greens and & steamed white rice, approx $14. It was great. Everything was cooked & seasoned well, the greenswere pretty much just broccoli but I?m ok w/that?it was good but if you like lightly-cooked broc you may need to request that.The rice was rice. The chik?n was awesome & I don?t love faux meats. There was plenty of food for one person but if you have amonster appetite you may want to get an additional item. My only interaction w/staff was when picking up. The cashier gave meextra sauce when I asked for it and it took less than a minute to go in & grab my meal. It was not visibly super busy, before5pm, keep that in mind. I will order from this restaurant again & hope I receive the same service. Read more
I visited Panda Express from out of town and I must say I'm sure they can do better. My teriyaki chicken was burnt with no taste... and my noodles were very dry. The only thing that was kinda good were the orange chicken and chicken egg roll. I might give itanother try but I hope it's better the second time around. Read more
There is person that is directly in front that is one of the rudest cashiers I've ever came in contact with. loud and rude. It's... not the restaurant just that rudeness of customer service. The restaurant is a 5.0 that person is - star or -1. Read more
The food is good, but I can't say enough about the employees. We've been to the one in Macon 4 times, and each time we were... greeted with friendly faces and pleasant attitudes. Will definitely be back! Read more
Been here several times, each time hoping it will be good. When it?s good, it?s great. But usually it?s not. Whether it?s... because they just don?t have something, poor customer service, getting the wrong order or missing part of an order, or absurdwait times, it seems like this location just canNOT get it together. This is absolutely a management issue because I have neverseen a place that could be so good mess up SO consistently. I also literally won?t even go during the last hour because theyjust stop cooking stuff, meaning you get to pick from the leftovers that nobody else wanted, or you have to wait 30 minutes forthem to cook it fresh to order. I don?t even go in store to order anymore because you just have to wait in line for them topotentially not have what you want. Placing an order online can be better, but it?s usually not since there?s basically a 50%chance you?ll either be missing something or get the wrong thing. God help you if you want to order multiple plates withspecific combinations because they will absolutely just throw stuff together despite your order. In other words, if you?replacing a lunch order for multiple people, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless your coworkers are cooldivvying up each other?s sides and entrees later since half the stuff will be on the wrong plates. I have been coming to this place for over a year without complaining. Today the black pepper chicken was lite on chicken. I was... served bits of chicken and the server said to her co worker, "she shouldn't mind". Not knowing what the server was talking aboutI didn't have anything to say. I paid for a bowl of mostly rice. I called the store and asked for the manager. The female thatanswered the phone claim to be the manager. I explained how I am not satisfied with my purchase. I was told,"Panda cut back onthe meat in a meal." What? No customer service. Wow. I want my money back now. The meal could have been replaced. I'm eatingMc Donald's now. Part of the in store dinning was closed respectfully. It was a wait on the inside so ordering online would be best. We ordered... fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing Beef. The rice was good, orange chicken was decent, Beijing Beef was too burnt and hard.Today wasn't the best but the food looks great. Read more
