I read a lot of bad reviews but I have to say my pizza was Awesome! It was hot and fresh. It had a good taste!
Ordered a pizza for delivery. The Works. Crust was way way over cooked ..almost burnt. The pits!! So crusty I could hardly eat... it?.delivered at 10:15p. It was like the crust was reheated. I?ve given papa John?s over a week to respond and have yet to hear back. I filed a complaint after sending a pizza for delivery... to a sick family member. When the driver arrived she told him a total was due. After going back and fourth about the fact it waspaid for online and 3 different amounts due, she left with the manager saying they will figure it out. Looking at the receipt acash total was showing due after the showing the pizza was paid for using a Mastercard. Shady, I?d say so. First of all no one were wearing ANY I MEAN ANY GLOVES!!!!! We are in a damn pandemic and NO gloves. One women making pizza... wipes her hands on her pants then continued to make pizza. REALLY!!! Then it took way over 15 minutes. Everywhere else I go tobuy food they wear gloves. NEEEEEEVER GO HERE! First time customer and now the last. I have not eaten at papa johns in awhile because I really don?t care for their pizza but decided to give it a try because it is... the closest place to my house and I have been on the road all day. I ordered two large pizzas one pepperoni and one cheese,garlic knots and cheese bread. The pizza was almost void of sauce except by the crust, the garlic knots were okay but anotherpizza place makes much better. My family didn?t even try the cheese bread. Just disappointed in general. I will say service wasfast and pizza was hot. The quality of food in many restaurants in Macon has gone down it?s a real bummer. Read more
Papa John's is decently tasty. I like them because they're close by and the pizza usually arrives steaming hot. I asked for a... reorder because the cheese sticks came out undercooked (not upset, stuff happens). Driver who came for the redelivery didn'teven wait for me to open the door, just put the pizza on the ground, rang the doorbell and left before I could've handed her atip. (I have a ring doorbell so I saw her). The pizza on the ground didn't bug me too much though, people are busy I understand.It's in a box anyways. What bugged me the most was the unnecessary way the pizza was cut. Seemed spiteful for just a reorder. Iwill say it wasn't undercooked though. Employees are super nice and service is great. The pizza l order rarely has any toppings on it. They are super stingy with... toppings and not every slice has something on it! This is typically the amount of olives l receive on my mushroom and olivepizza. Sad! Read more
Over the last few months this location is getting worse and worse. Today me and my son went to pick up our order and everyone... except one guy was outside smoking cigarettes. I go in and two female workers come in behind me and starts working. The issue ihave is that NO ONE WASHED OR SANITIZED THEIR HANDS. I think that is not on disgusting but disrespectful. I come here at leastonce a week. This location is the closest out of all the pizza companies but from now own i will go out of my way for my familyand friends not to come to your company. Read more
