My pizza order I received was wrong, when I called about it they put me on hold and never came back on the phone.
Never order pizza again from pizza hut pizza was nasty and they brought me a pizza I didn't order I don't even eat bbq chicken... ???? also the food was cold they got to do better. Read more
Beyond Ridiculous experience tonight. Incorrect order completed with a dirt bottom covered Soda bottle,delivered by Door... Dash,later seeing same soda products under a prep area as seen from front counter Front counter associate Kevin refused phonecall 8 times before calling from a different number and answering,then proceeding to hang up upon notice After a trip to theBloomfield location,roughly 6 minutes from home,bringjng in incorrect pizza product,no deed to right the wrong was attempted.The only instruction: my money refunded. A phony phone call to store manager in sequence with a threat of removal from BibbCounty Sheriff Dept,the trip was roughly 15-20 minutes in speculation. If cameras are actually properly working it will place inscene the scenario explained. Will be following up with additional store visit during regular business hours and corporatenotification. Ordered for delivery, they sent it GrubHub. They had address incorrect. I had to cancel the order. ( They were on the other side... of town)I called to do curbside the cashier said l couldn't b/c l had some one in the house with COVID. I want say I will be reporting them to corporate honestly because when I tell you I have never ???? been so dissatisfied with... food and for my kids to complain about they food being dry tuff and nasty then when I call the manager doesn?t have goodcustomer service didn?t even offer to remake only offered me a $15 credit in a order over $30 I feel is not right I will neverever shop with them again and I don?t recommend thbesidesthem and I mean I have ???? been more disappointed In my life promiseI will give them bad reviews I never try and get over I put phone on speaker and let her her my kids complaining about the foodas well saying they not gonna eat this messed up ppl work too hard for they money to basically get it took and not be satisfiedthis is the Bloomfield location in Macon, Georgia they manager Jennifer is not professional to me at all she only gave oneoption then gonna say that?s all she can do so I say my basically just hungry and I?m out of my money .
