I went to the drive-through at this Taco Bell and ordered three Chalupa?s with refried beans because me & my husband are... vegatarians. After paying $15.36 for my food something told me to look in my sack I noticed they forgot to put sour cream on myChalupa. I went back through the line got the sour cream on the side and when I got home realized after my husband ate one ofthe chalupas she had given me a Chipotle Chalupa & it had meat on it. so I went back to the store to get a refund and explainedthat we were vegetarian?s and could get sick from eating this meat and no one apologized or anything I told the girl who was inthe drive-through window that she didn?t listen well & she started yelling & using profanity & acting like she was on the streetand was ready to fight . The 2 guys behind the counter sided with her and proceeded to tell me to leave the store. I asked for amanager he claimed he was the manager & GM. Trevon was the name on my receipt, he claimed to be mike which I do not believe.This place is so unprofessional and they have hoodlums working there. Read more
Place order on kiosk ordered 4 items not one was right. The drink machine was filthy with soap and mold all over it. Tottal... waste of time and money. Sad to see people with no pride in what they do! Will be reporting this to corporate. Read more
I pulled my truck in trailer up to the window and the rude cashier would not take my order because I did not go through the... regular drive-through even though the place was dead and i was already at the window. My wife placed an order at 11:40 PM online. The store doesn?t close until 12 midnight. I arrived at 11:51 PM to pick up my order... and the manager refused to serve me saying he was already closed. I stated to him that on the website and his hours of operationstated he was open until midnight and that I?ve already paid for my order and that I wanted my food and he still refused toserve me. he was also very rude and ugly about it saying that he was closed and he was not going to start as grills back up tomake my order for me. this is the worst service of any Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Just go ahead and check your bag before you pull off. Just a bunch of people miserable that they have to work. Your food will be... wrong or so poorly made that its not worth eating. I learned my lesson and wont waste my money their again. You better have yourown napkins and they'll ask if you want sauce but do not expect it. Read more

I thought I would try this Taco Bell again and regret it very much. I go inside and there?s a family eating at the tables but I... see nobody behind the counter. I get to the counter and they put up these touch screen displays so that you can do your ownorder But those are out of order. There?s nobody at the cash register so I stand there for a few minutes and even made a littlenoise. Nobody came. I look back through the kitchen. There?s one guy in the back who?s taking out trash there?s one girl in theprep area Putting orders together and there?s one girl in the drive-through. If you?re going to have a store that?s open, youshould have enough people there to serve more than just a drive-through. But what gets me is why is the guy already taking outthe nightly trash when they?re still open for another couple of hours and they?re obviously shorthanded.
