They take advantage of you. If you don't check your food when you get it you probably won't have everything that you ordered.... Placed an order for a party pack and received a cleaning rag half wrapped with a soft taco. No answer at the store when I called... several times, doors locked, employees can't see you, so waiting in the drive through to get this fixed.Absolutely unacceptableeven in a covid free world. The rag is thoroughly soaked with some sort of cleaning chemical and whatever was wiped off of thecounter. It's making me sick just thinking about it as I type this ???? negative 5 star review! Me and my mom was waiting in for over and hour for our food. It took them so long that my mom was to leave because she getting... so impatient. While we was wait for our food to come out they was making other people orders and ours still haven't came outyet. I was getting so tired of just sitting in the car waiting for our food. Next time me and family will have to go somewhereelse to eat instead of going there if it's going to take them an hour with our food. So people don't go there. Food is good if you like Taco Bell. This location has a bit of inconsistencies when going through through drive in. Better when... you can go in and have a place to check your order before you leave. Have gotten home from the drive through and have missed anitem more than once. Now I pull in front of the store and check my bag before I pull out of the parking lot. And they tend tonot give you a ticket unless you ask. I never think to use the app to order but I use the barcode to add the purchase for therewards. Read more
