I got to the drive-thru about 30 minutes before closing and when I got my food back home half of my order was missing. I called... the restaurant and the manager got my name and asked me to come pick it up the next day. We pulled into the drive through at 11:48 p.m. and I was very disappointed because the night crew who was working would not take... our order or anyone ahead or behind of us in line making everyone very upset and angry. We pulled through the drive-thru and assoon as they saw our car outside the window they went and hid somewhere in the kitchen we had no service and sat there andwasted our time. This was a very upsetting visit and I doubt that we will ever be coming to this Wendy's again you have lost ourbusiness and something should really be done. Read more
The pub burger is my favorite sandwich at Wendy's but I'm disappointed how i have continuously ordered it and it does not have... onions or sauce and sometimes not even the pretzel bun or the cheese? the 4th time it was just a bun, patty, half a slice ofcheese, and 2 pickles. Bland. Read more
If I could give em no stars I would. Saturday September 3rd at around 10:15pm, First we make our order, no problem. I get to the... window and this little short snaggle tooth slow girl opens the window and just says how much the order is. I hand her my cardand she yells out NAW, ITS EXACT CHANGE GAW LEE, AIGHT GIVE ME THE CARD!!!! Had I known that I would have been prepared.. Thenshe proceeds to hand me an order that wasn't mine. I told her whoa that's not mine. She yells again, WHAT!!! DID YOU GET OUT OFTHE LINE??? Common sense would tell her had I gotten out of the line I wouldn't be there. Furthermore, her co-workers are nowlaughing and you hear the rap music bellowing from the restaurant. To me this wasn't funny nor was it like any experience I hadever had at Wendy's. After another young lady fixed my the tranaction on my card the snaggle tooth girl hands me my order andjust says HUH/HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I ever seen anything like this mess. My wife used to work at the one onZebulon years ago and she was so disappointed at what she was witnessing. I could have been sent by the company to check to seehow the customer service was and they would have failed miserably. This was extremely unprofessional and I don't believe I willbe back to this location after a certain time. And I know they thought I wasn't going to post anything but I have to. Ordered a taco salad and it was very good. Very friendly staff?greeted me very warmly. A refreshing change from the robotic,... stern staff I?ve encountered at fast food restaurants in Macon the last year.(Riverside Dr location( Update: 8/31/22. I was atthis location at 330p. I ordered a single cheeseburger and it was not fit to eat. After 1 bite I threw it out my window. It wasdried out?tasted horrible and apparent this piece of meat had been cooked hours before. "Hot and juicy" -- that's exactly what my Wendy's single bacon cheeseburger was! The fries were hot and salty! And the diet coke... was deliciously cold! To top it off, the young lady who took my order and payment was very pleasant; she shared a beautifulsmile with me! I had forgotten how good Wendy's burgers were -- but I won't forget again!!! They couldn?t take cash because they couldn?t give change. Then when I asked for a strawberry frosty, they stated it wasn?t... available (but they advertise as though they serve it). So then, I asked for sugar cookies and this is the condition I receivedthem (pics attached). It literally looks like two different cookies. And yes, one was hard and the other was soft. And both looklike they were nibbled on, lol. Horrible and a waste of money. Will never visit this location again. Read more
The customer service was on point The guy took my order really nice and polite and got everything right. But the food sucked. I... don't know who they have back there cooking but my chicken sandwich was greasy and the texture made me gag. I couldn't eat it.The fries were even cold.
