TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE AND MANAGEMENT. We ordered online from the website. The delivery was send to door dash. An hour after... we place the order, the driver was located near Edna Drive in Macon, no where near my home. We called the store and the manager,Anthony, he said there was, ?no way to tell if we were telling the truth.? We have called the driver, no answer of course. Thisis the driver info. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. Food poisoning for me and the other person who ate lunch here with me. The floors... are nasty and flies where all over the cooking area, and no place to throw trash away for customers. Had some of the fries be asbig as a quarter of a potato and raw. The wings are cooked so hard that its hard to chew. It seems like they are very short onworkers the cashier had a hard time ringing us up and taking our order. Again I don't like leaving 1 stars but we legit got sickfrom eating here. Read more
The floors are dirty. There are boxes stacked on the tables. Dead flies on the window seal. I was the only customer in the store... at the time so I know that they have time to clean. Service was fast, probably because I was the only customer in the store.Food is good! Read more
I wish I could leave 0 stars. They have a bunch of little kids working there who don?t know anything about customer service. No... one greeted us at the door but they did have time to conjure in the middle of the kitchen (not doing anything) to comment oncustomers as they walked through the door. The place was dirty. All the employees were just standing around in the kitchendrinking sodas as they made peoples food. This place needs to be shut down. They need some new management and they need peoplewho actually want to do their job. The KIDS they have working there now are a recipe for disaster. Read more
I placed my order online. Came to pick and had to wait for them to finish cooking to pick it up. I ordered a 30 pack ?all... flats?. Get home and got more drums than anything. Wings were not freshly cooked as you could taste the old oil and grease.Fries immediately cold. Have a son that wanted this as a request. Now he doesn?t even want to eat them. Disgusting no flavor atall. Been coming to Wingstop for a while but not any longer. You just lost me as a customer. I have pics and the online order toprove. Wish I could give 0 stars. Read more
Ok we arrived and were told that it was a hour waiting time. So we decided to wait. Bet they didn't see that coming. Lols. Ok... so while we were waiting a lady and her 2 kids returned shortly after leaving. Apparently wingstop employees forgot herfries. She got them n I literally thought nothing of it. After maybe 35-45 minutes we get our order and my friend checked itand it SEEMED Ok. Got to our hotel and SURPRISE we really we have no fries. Ok the trip going was 11 miles/15 minute drive ONEWAY. Had to double back to get our fries which should have been with our order. So what should have been a 1 time trip/22miles/30 minutes(roundtrip) was now a 44 miles/1 hour trip(round trip) minute drive because of their forgetfulness. Not tomention the wings were fried too hard despite being told told not to do so and looked like they were soaked in old grease. Ascomplementary we were offered an additional side of ranch dressing.???????? Really?! By the time we made it to our room we hadto reheat everything Oh n before I forget just after we left for the 2nd time another person had to come back n get THEIRfries. I've ordered wings and fries from here. My wings were good but my fries were soggy. I didn't eat all but one of my fries. I've... finished the wings while on the phone with my mom and began to throw up minutes later. My mom then proceeded to let me know thatmy aunt and my cousin had gotten food poison from this place last week, as well. I would not recommend going to this place atthis time .
