Really terrible customer service. They are not friendly at all and they take forever. I was at the drive thru for awhile and... they would not take the order and I had to call them and when I did she said yeah I will be there and just hung up on me andthen took 5 additional minutes to take my order through the drive thru. It took me a total of 25 minutes to get my food. Theywere extremely rude at the drive thru. Read more

No utensils, no napkins, no sauce, fingers as thick as a pencil, all french fries. Waste of $10. Never again.

Just stopped by here because I like Zaxbys and I wanted chicken! Let me start this off by saying the food was delicious and hot!... The cooks and crew in the back had it covered! Now the bull.... I ordered 2 chicken finger plates with 6 fingers and that wasit. After checking my food and receipt, I was rung up for 2 chicken finger plates with 4 fingers instead of 6... WTH?! So I hadgo back in and order again because there wasnt enough food. After receiving my drink I stepped outside to put it in the car. Iwent back to the door to go in and get my food and the manager had locked the door. WTH again!! He came and opened the door, letme and another customer in that had already ordered and said he was shutting down the inside. This was before 7pm. At this timeI was just ready to get my food and go. I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken... patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheeseon my signature sandwich.
