NO STARS AT ALL!! They never have anything you want to order ALWAYS OUT OF OR NO LONGER SERVE THINGS THAT ARE ON THE MENU OR... ADVERTISED BY THE RESTAURANT especially for Taco Bell. The chicken sandwiches are always dry and hard like they've been thereall day. Yu always have to pull around and wait for your food by the time yu get it your drink is watered down and the food theybring you is cold. HORRIBLE wouldn't recommend going here at all!! The Chicken Chalupa had no chicken and the fries I waitedover 6min for which was supposed to be 2 orders one for a combo and one single order were very few. Don't I REPEAT DONT ORDERONLINE FOR ANYTIME AFTER 9 AND PLAN TO FOLLOW PROMPTED INSTRUCTIONS TO PICK UP IN STORE.... THE LOBBY WAS LOCKED AND WAS TOLD TOGO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AFTER I PULLED ON THE DOOR REPEATEDLY. SAT BEHIND 2 CARS WAITING TO PICK UP MY FOOD NOTHING QUICKABOUT IT!! I sat in line for 20 mins. And a car was in front of me. There was no one at the window. So after waiting for 20 mins. Me and... the lady in front of me left. TERRIBLE!! Drove off! Rudest BY far. The employee was pushy, insulting, and and INCREDIBLY disrespectful. Then starting trash... talking us, to her fellow employee, because she said ?no one understands you?! Terrible. No wonder there wasn?t a wait. Garbageand an insult to KFC. The service was horrible because u had to wait 30mins before they took your order. And finally got the food and the order was... not correct. The staff rush you when taking your order and the food was not fresh and it was bitter. They need better managementand some1 who cares about customer service. Went through the drive thru, between ordering and the window they forgot what I'd ordered. Told me to pull around front and... waited for 15 minutes. Went inside and they had forgot to put my order in. Don't waste your time here! Read more

This location needs some attention. Almost every table was dirty, bathroom was pretty dirty, floors were littered with drink... lids, straw papers and food. Heat was turned up so high it was almost too hot to sit inside. Read more
