Staff is awesome, pizza is always raw dough except the crust. I had to switch to the sandwich selection, which they are killing... it. I get fuel here alot like 2200 a week, would be nice if the pizza was cooked all the way. Read more

Staff was slow checking out people. The lady swapped out with a younger guy. She appeared to talk down to him and she was very... rude and unprofessional while checking me out. Happened the evening of the 4th around 11pm or so. Read more

Been in this store a few times when we travel through for work. Store is clean and pizza is good but the cashier "Char- 5 years... of service" has awful customer service skills. No smile, no hello, doesn't ask if we have Casey rewards. While putting in ournumber for rewards it seems like an inconvenience. No thank you, goodbye, or have a nice day on any of the times we have been inand she was working. I've even tried to make small talk and be friendly. I thought the first time maybe she was just having abad day like we all have but it's every single time. Read more

Honestly...I am not sure if I should blame this on Casey's or their ISP. But I submitted an order online 45 minutes ago...it was... accepted by their app. I get to the store and they have no IDEA! None...whatsoever! They were kind enough to make sure my pizzzwas done in 10 mins....not too hard to do when no one else is around! Need to get the app and the store on the same page. Read more
