Stopped in at this Pizza Hut late on a Sunday evening about three weeks ago after we had checked in at a nearby hotel. The place... was clean and pleasant, there were only two ladies working there & they were nice and efficient, but the personal pizzas weordered were just plain awful - two inches of uncooked dough, without much on top. Literally uncooked on the insides. I knowthey were short on help - I could hear the two employees talking about it - so I'm assuming they were getting by with someone inthe kitchen who had no idea what they were doing. It was late, we were tired after 10 hours of driving, and I didn't feel likecomplaining or sending it back to be cooked. After hours of driving, we were hungry but the pizzas were unedible, which isn'tsomething I've ever said in a review, so I'm assuming it was a one-off thing. We ended up going down the street to theMcDonald's drive-through. Not a great way to end the day. Read more
Every time I order from the Pizza Hut in Macon I get home to see my wings never actually have sauce on them just on the bowl and... when I order a pizza it?s usually not what I ordered. Don?t see the point in wasting money in wings when this is what you get. Read more
I ordered a lunch for delivery as a surprise to a military family that is 70+ miles away. Placing the order online was easy and... fast. The delivery to the family was on time and they were very surprised. They sent pics and it looked amazing. Read more

Well besides being over priced ,something in the toppings was soured old bell peppers onions dont know but it tasted like soured... vegetables. Oh and they charged me 60 bucks for a large pan supreme and a dozen wings . Were is the prude people it sure isn'tin what you sent me for dinner shame on you pizza hut you may as well had just stole my money that I worked hard for . We stop here once a year on our way to Callao. The past two years there has been only ONE extremely stretched waitress on the... floor. I would expect management to expect a bigger crown on a Saturday evening. I felt so bad for that poor girl. I was awaitress for years and that poor girl is a bigger person than I am. I'd have done turned my tables over to the manager andpeaced out. Didn't catch her name, but if you were working 12/9/22 @7pm, you're amazing, girl!
