Staff is very friendly and they are very busy. But 9 out of 10 our drinks are not what we ordered. They taste different... everytime or we are Missing food items in our bag and to top it off the other day they charged me for the person in back of me.When they passed me the order I realized it was not mine. They reprocessed my card for my order but never canceled the firsttransaction. It's just become horrible. Read more
I stood there for 5 minutes and the woman took another persons order that walked in after me and still never acknowledged I was... even there. So I walked out. Never have good service here. Will never go back. Read more
Never get my coffee the same twice.why it's always a double double but some times not enough sugar and other times its white... with way too much cream. Ice coffee, I bought two the other day and looking at them one was brown and one was white shouldn'tthey be identicle. Employees just don't give a hoot.
