We used to get delivery. Went to brotherton. I'll gladly get in my car and drive. Not to mention now I live in Fairfield and buy... my parents domino's a few times a month. The heavier set lady has been disgustingly rude on multiple occasions about car side pickup. She claimed my hazards weren?t on,... yet before that called to say i?ve been waiting 10 mins and that even the lady has acknowledged us. Well, she said she never sawus, yet wants to accuse me of never using my hazard lights on. She even argued about it. Ordered a medium pizza and a Fanta, forgot my Fanta so they said they would go to a gas station to get it, DIDNT even try to... look up a gas station around me and said it was closed. Called the store, they asked me if I wanted credit, I paid cash. Neverordering dominos again Read more
Goodness, I don?t even know where to start. I typically only write reviews when I am absolutely blown away by something in a... positive light. We live locally and consider pizza night a special treat. We have ordered twice from this domino?s and have beenhighly disappointed both times. The first time we ordered we ordered a traditional crust, a thin crust and chicken wings. Ourthin crust pizza was completely burnt with only a few pieces being edible. We never received our chicken wings and were givencinnamon twist instead. I did not make a formal complaint about it, as we typically roll with the punches. I mean I realize thatthings happen. The second time we ordered a traditional crust as well as tried their pan crust and soda. The traditional crustwas fine however the pan crust was completely undercooked and Raw dough on the inside. I called asking if they could sendanother pizza explaining that it was completely raw. I was told that they could not as they were incredibly busy and it wouldtake 2+ hours for another pizza to get here. The young man on the phone who happened to be the manager said that he would makeit right by refunding my entire order. When I told him that I paid with cash he asked if I could come into the store to get myrefund. I told him that I could not make it in and that I would be going in on Friday or Saturday morning. He assured me that itwouldn?t be a problem to ask to speak to Kayla and I would be refunded. Saturday, when I went to the store I was met with who Ipresume is Kayla as she introduced herself as the GM. Her face alone told me that she had no clue what I was talking about. Sheseemed to be quite skeptical of the events that took place. After explaining the entire situation and giving her all thenecessary information she told me that he should?ve never said that. BEWARE IF GLUTEN FREE!!!! Went in to pick up a GF pizza and asked for a ?clean cut?. Staff had no clue what that meant and... continued to say the crust was gluten free but not the toppings. Ensured the staff they were GF options as long as staff aremindful of cross contact. Needless to say - wouldn?t count on anything here being safe for those seeking GF options. Read more
I feel bad rating this Dominos so low but I had a bad experience and no one cared to help resolve it. I placed my order at 6:38... pm and at 6:44 pm (according to the pizza tracker) my food was made. An hour later I called to see what was happening and talkedto a young kid. I told him I figured they were really busy but they weren?t planning on delivering hour old food assuming theywould deliver it right then. He said they would not remake it and basically if I wanted my order I?d have to come and get it. Icouldn?t do that as my husband and I were out and I was ordering for our kids and babysitter. I asked to talk to the manager andhe said they were too busy. I cancelled my order and when I went back to the website to review them online it said I could onlyreview after the food had been delivered. So I could t let anyone know at the store about the problem. No sense in calling thestore since the manager was too busy and the young employee was pretty rude. I ordered a pizza, wings and brownie . Wings and brownie delicious but pizza was awful. It looked like someone had literally... thrown the scant ingredients from a distance, most not landing on pizza. Several pieces had only sauce and onion . All thetoppings were not measured . We ordered 3 pizzas for my daughters pottery painting party and the pizzas were a real hit! I especially liked the vegetarian... one. I?ve had them at different pizza shops and sometimes the vegetables are not cooked enough but this one was perfect! Read more
