About 10 of us celebrated a birthday at Ember Rooftop last night and it was EXCELLENT!! Best Cuban on the beach. Our server was... phenomenal. He was on top of everything. Definitely jaw dropping views of all the beaches, complete w free ?sunset shots?. Wewill absolutely be back. I have a feeling this will soon be a very popular spot. We loved it!! Read more

Happy with our first visit to Ember Rooftop. Nice partial views of the Gulf and the Intercoastal. Had live music on Sunday... night. Big bar area and had live music on Saturday night. Menu was small, we tried the BBQ Flatbread, which was very flavorful,and swordfish bites, which were also great. Drinks were OK, small glasses. Keep in mind that if it rains, you will need to hideunder the bar, it's a rooftop ???? We'll return and bring friends! Read more
The food was outstanding. We tried 4 different items and they were all great. The service was also very good. The location has... potential but the ambiance was really off. They need better lighting. They literally have floodlights outside that areblindingly bright. I can get why they'd want that in the pool area but completely unnecessary in the bar area. Read more
Awesome rooftop bar! Check in on the 3rd floor to get wristbands if you're not staying at the hotel so you can enjoy the... rooftop. Prices are great, views are even better. Amazing staff! Read more
I live right down the street and decided to finally give this place a try, so I went with my wife and her mom to catch a sunset... cocktail. We arrived well before sunset and the bar was not crowded at all, so we grabbed seats at the bar. Both bartenders thenserved multiple people who arrived after us, without acknowledging us whatsoever. Finally the female bartended asks if anyone ishelping us and I say ?no? with a slight attitude since we?ve been waiting forever. (I?m currently a waiter and former bartender,I expect good service for $15 drinks) The female bartender takes our order and then disappears! Now the male bartenderrecognizes my wife because she was there a few nights ago with friends, but he doesn?t help us at all either! Now the sun issetting, the bar is full, and I literally just gave up trying to get my drink! Great for the view, not much else! Read more
