CA. Off of North Hwy 99. We ordered through the drive thru, I've personally had never eaten at Arby's before tonight, I orderedthe original gyro meal, large with a root beer, and the 5 piece chicken tender meal large with a Dr pepper. For a total of$19.91...the order was taken quickly, there were no other vehicles in the drive thru, everything was going well until theemployee (a tall, heavy set, caucasian male) opened the window...he had a very bad attitude, he was rude, and seemed to beannoyed that he had to hand me my order. He didn't tell me how much my order was, he just grabbed ny card, charged it, withouttelling me the amount due.. I had to ask him three times, he finally yelled back the amount when he handed me my cardback.......he handed me my drinks, and bag, I asked for extra sauce which he again seemed annoyed about having to get for me, Itold him I would pay for it, he didn't even respond he just slammed the drive thru window and walked away, not noticing thatfrom slamming the window it opened back up half way...and he just left it like that.
I drove off and parked in the parking lotto eat our meal, and noticed he didn't give me any straws, there were cars waiting in the drive thru, so we bagan to eat ourmeal as we waited for the drive through to die down...
The meal:
The curly fries that came with the meals were awful, I ordereda large meal, the fries were in containers marked large, but they were only half way full, the fries were cold, and they tastedawful, the fries tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. The gyro was ok, except for the hardspot in the center of the pitabread. The chicken tenders were also ok, but not worth the $9.69, I've had better chicken tenders, from gas stationwarmers.
