Placed a mobile order during breakfast and I chose the option to pick up at drive though cause the curbside parking was full.... Waited in that line for 20 minutes just to be told to pull up to a reserved parking to wait for my coffee that was being brewed.Another 19 minutes later a worker comes out with my order. 39 MINUTE WAIT, to top it off my order was wrong. Took 45 minutes to receive cold food and then was told I couldn't pick up food in the restaurant at 8pm when the hours state... 11pm. Horrible customer service. Everyone needs fired and a whole crew needs rehired. I don't recall the managers name I spoketo but she was the only one that provided excellent customer service. Read more
There were eight cars or so in the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, and only moved up one car during that... time. Fortunately I was able to back out of the line. Made it to the McDonald?s on Cleveland, ordered, paid, and got my food inthe same amount of time as I spent waiting at the Howard?s McD?s. Read more
Sorry for the low rating but honestly the staff here doesn't acknowledge you. They move slooooooooooooowwwly it s so bad you... would think they're zombies while I was there they had at least a couple not order return for being wrong. Left a 1 star review about a year ago and haven?t been back since but today I made an online order and waited outside for over... 45 min until I finally went inside to see what was going on turns out about 6 ppl where in there for the same thing and when Iasked the manager tried to lie and say they took the food but no one was in the car and told me it would be right out but I justgot a refund screw this place no apology or anything just attitude thanks for reminding me why I never come here.
