Asked for no contact delivery and was never called to let us know pizza was outside so it was cold when we heard the kids... outside open the door and there was the pizza. Pizza looked like they just threw it in the box. I know this is a busy day butthis is unacceptable. For price we paid expected better service. Will not be ordering from here again, just sad. Customer service is a hit-and-miss. I put up with it since I like their pizzas. However, this time around, I ordered through... DoorDash and was extremely disappointed with the low amount of toppings given. I can understand if I?m paying 7 bucks for apizza... not $17 plus the DoorDash tip. Ruined my son?s birthday dinner! Today was my son?s birthday and he specifically asked for Mountain Mike Pizza. Mind you , my... son has been in school all day and stayed for basketball practice and was coming home at 8p.m. I called just on time (6:44pm)for it to be ready and delivered for dinner . Manager said 45mins . Here comes past 8 p.m and I called and my order wascancelled all because they didn?t note my information correct ! So, they stated we can redo the order and charge you again!
