Owner helped us and was so friendly, patient, as well as fast. He was the only one working at the time as the shop got really... busy. He handled it like a champ and no unhappy customers. Everyone waited patiently. The shop had good vibes and the owneras well as the shop were very clean. Read more
They don?t deserve one star very poor customer service It was so dirty the 2 girls did not use or wear gloves our bread tasted... stale meat was really dried out like it was warm the dressing on our Sandwich was really warm Soda area had ants no cookies theyforgot to bake asked for mgr when I called said Subway does not have mgrs asked for owners info she said There Indian and it?sjust a tax shelter for them I was speechless?. Employee(Ariel) was not pleasant. Stop by at around 6:30 pm and I greeted Ariel she did not respond decided to continue mopping... wait a bit before she finally came to start my order without washing her hands had to ask her kindly to wash her hands not agood experience. I own a business myself so I definitely know that customer service is priority! Read more
Foods are always fresh and delicious in Subway undoubtedly. But the employees of this store are so nice and friendly that... sandwiches even taste far better due to the hospitality they exhibit. Stopped here to get food 4/13/19 @ 9:30AM. While my kids were getting shoes on and my Husband was getting gas, I ran in to use... the restroom. I asked for the employee to unlock the door and she said "are you a customer?" I let her know that I would bepurchasing 4 meals,but I needed to use the restroom first. I proceeded to use the restroom and when I came out I let theemployee know I would be right back. She told me "you have to buy something, didn't you see the sign?" I told her "Yes I saw thesign, I told you I would be buying 4 meals, I also told you I would be right back, I have to go get my kids." She continued tosay "you have to buy something". Clearly she was not listening to me, so I told her "do not harass me about buying something, Ihave to go get my kids, and I will be right back". As I was walking out she yelled "Stupid" at me. Up until that point my familywas going to have subway....but I decided if the employee was comfortable enough calling me stupid and more concerned about acustomer making a purchase than if the customer was happy then I would take my business elsewhere. I must say, the AMPM nextdoor makes some killer food. AND as a bonus the employees there don't call you stupid. However, if you really want Subway justgo 1 road north to Ave 18 1/2.
