I placed an online order that said 16 to 21 minutes. I show up at 18 minutes and was told 5 to 10 more minutes. That's fine no... big deal. After 25 minutes I hear them call Christina, my name is Chris. There's a line that's formed because they're moving soslow so I'm not going to jump up and create a scene. 10 minutes goes by and Christina comes in. They tell her that her order isnot ready. So I stand up and say well where is my order? You called Christina 10 minutes ago. And the girl says oh it's righthere. And I say why did nobody say my name and her response was oh that's on them not on me. What a pathetic answer! So at bestthe 16 to 21 minute order took 45 minutes to make. Employees are the worse you have to bug them or they will literally let your food go cold while looking at you in the face. Gave... them a name 2 times and the food was done still had to ask them for it there were a bunch of bags and the people would run awaya trying to avoid customers all well the food for the people sitting there was going cold. I ordered my food at 7 pm and it estimated an hour wait. Arrived and was told to wait another half hour. When the order was... finally ready we had took it home only to find that they didn?t include the thing we went for which was the wings!! I doubt thatit takes and hour and a half to make fries and prep veggie sticks. If the cook was more focused on his job rather than flirtingwith the girls maybe his orders would be correct and efficient.
