Im leaving this review because of a somewhat chubby blonde hair woman that works there in front of the counter and the ice... machine wasn?t working properly and I just simply ask if there was any ice inside of it then she rudely told me to go buy myown ice in an aggressive tone. I placed an online order that said 16 to 21 minutes. I show up at 18 minutes and was told 5 to 10 more minutes. That's fine no... big deal. After 25 minutes I hear them call Christina, my name is Chris. There's a line that's formed because they're moving soslow so I'm not going to jump up and create a scene. 10 minutes goes by and Christina comes in. They tell her that her order isnot ready. So I stand up and say well where is my order? You called Christina 10 minutes ago. And the girl says oh it's righthere. And I say why did nobody say my name and her response was oh that's on them not on me. What a pathetic answer! So at bestthe 16 to 21 minute order took 45 minutes to make. But sat for at least another 10 minutes. And that's the only kind of responseI could get? Read more
Employees are the worse you have to bug them or they will literally let your food go cold while looking at you in the face. Gave... them a name 2 times and the food was done still had to ask them for it there were a bunch of bags and the people would run awaya trying to avoid customers all well the food for the people sitting there was going cold. I ordered my food at 7 pm and it estimated an hour wait. Arrived and was told to wait another half hour. When the order was... finally ready we had took it home only to find that they didn?t include the thing we went for which was the wings!! I doubt thatit takes and hour and a half to make fries and prep veggie sticks. If the cook was more focused on his job rather than flirtingwith the girls maybe his orders would be correct and efficient. When I mentioned that my order was incorrect and the cashierinformed him the response was ?they can wait?. This is the worse service I have seen. Read more

Most of our wings looked this way and they tasted plain, cooks didn't put enough seasoning like they usually do and our fries... were pretty soggy and extra oily???? we didn't eat much.. after spending $50 most of it was thrown away. Read more
I?ve been here 4 times within the past month an a half. It depends on who?s cooking as to how the wings turn out. I took my mom... and brother here at separate times and my husband and I have visited twice. The first time my husband and I went the wings wereperfect, had a lot of seasoning/sauce and the wings skin was crispy on the outside. The time I took my mom, they were good aswell. The second time my husband and I went and the time I took my brother, the wings were cooked, but had little to nosauce/seasoning and the skin was not crispy, so wasn?t very good. The employees are friendly, the bathrooms are pretty clean,it?s usually busy. Now that I have a feel for the employees, depending on who?s working we?ll just ask for our wings to becooked a little longer. Photo with veggies sticks was one time when the wings weren?t crispy and barely any flavor. Other photowas when they were crispy and had a lot of sauce/seasoning. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
