Very good food, and ice cream, but our cashier was not friendly never spoke to us, needs more assistance in customer service!!
Lacked any cleaning standards at all....absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! DEAD flies were stuck to the sign hanging above the ice cream... cooler. Service was by far the absolute worst and I felt so sorry for the frustrated employee whom obviously hated her job.Counter was filthy where my sundae was being prepared (a little extra added to my bananas) so gross!!! Store # 236 in Madill, OK. Shameful customer service. Two drive- thrus with 2 different people taking orders & a car that pulls... up after I was already waiting & gets their order taken before mine. Bad system if you can?t operate it properly. Read more
