Hello we had a problem with one of your managers tonight at the McDonald's in Madill, OK. His name is Dalton we were told. We... ordered $50 worth of food and had to give us our food 3 different times because they messed up. When we went back around to thedrive-thru we wanted to exchange a mcdouble that they left out of our order to a quarter pounder and we were fully willing topay the extra, however, the manager loudly told the window employees that he refused to switch them. The system couldn't makethe switch, I understand that, what I don't understand is why he was so loudly rude about it. The window employee had to comeup with our solution because the manager walked off before solving our problem. We weren't trying to get a free $5 burger andhis assumption that we were greatly offends us. I will be calling and emailing until I get a response and this rude manager isreprimanded. The restroom was filthy. The service was very, very slow (like 15 minutes). The food was cool.

Went in for 2 sundaes. We waited in line patiently. But a teenager female pulled in front of us and was busy making her order at... the window. She then proceeded to make out with the guy at the window. So after waiting long enough for our sundaes to melt wewent to pay. Our total was $4.14. After handing the cashier $5.15 and he ignored the change I said excuse me sir and he lookedat my hand and said I don?t do that. I said don?t do what? He goes I don?t take change. Okay?.. so when we finally got to ourfully melted sundaes they were just okay! The management here needs to step it up! The employees need to learn how to treatpeople with respect and not rudely!!!
