Clean and has good service. Update 7/22: had a good lunch here. Super friendly service and perfectly fresh food. It's nice to be... able to dine in again. Update 8/23: I have to brag about my most recent visits. Service was superb and the food was ready beforeI could even get my drink. Even called me by my name even I came in. Good food but, counter service needs work. 20 min for my order (order two five pieces fish) and she got my order wrong. Be sure... to check your order, missing items. Do you punish yourself for good food? Read more

The most unpleasant drive thru cashier that I have Ever had. She was short and aggregated because I had questions about... upgrading my combo meal with a peach lemonade. Then she dropped my change and acted like oh well....handed me my Wrong order outthe window with no so much as a have a nice day. No one deserves that type of attitude when spending their hard earned at anyestablishment. Ms Melanie needs some reprimanding. If you don't like your job..quit. I will say that corporate did contact me somy complaint did not get ignored. So I will see what happens. Read more

This is a pretty typical Arby's for the area. It's pretty quiet inside, but has great food. Their seasoned curly fries are the... best item on the menu, but their sandwiches are good too. The drive thru is fairly quick, and the staff seems aboutaverage. Located on the corner of Hughes and Hwy 72, it's a little tough to see from the street, but easy to access. Wouldvisit again. I placed an online order and upon arrival, I was told the item is out of stock. I was told to cancel my order online. I was not... offered an alternative item or a solution and the manager did not provide any solution. I'm a manager myself and I believe intreating people right. I was not asking for anything for free but simply a substitution. I was simply told to cancel as if Ididn't drive to the restaurant and wasted my time and money. I am not ok with how the service industry has plummeted in customerservice & especially at this Arby's location. I did file a complaint and I hope they begin to value customers and their time.This is the second time this has happened and I will not waste my time again. I do not recommend this location. So after asking Rebecca to remove some of this ice because it was too much and the drink taste more like WATER!!! She replied... that it was ARBY'S policy to fill the cups with ice first! So basically we are paying for ice more so than the drink no matterthe taste. I am definitely taking this to corporate! ~Andrea Read more

The team they had at one point a few years ago were amazing.....now the team they have in there are nothing but horrible... attitudes! Can't get orders correct at all yet give you attitude when you ask for the items they forgot. They can't even wrapa sandwich before putting it in the bag. Definitely not a great place to visit for a little later dinner. Beef and cheddar areportioned so horrible you get almost Absolutely no cheddar so the sandwich is just a dry mess they threw in the bag. The girlin the drive through taking orders under a different employees name is rude and can't even say you're welcome or anything. Definitely sad this location will probably end up with the same fate as others at this rate. Read more

Fast friendly service at this location. You can't go wrong with their Reuben. Salty tangy creamy and delicious. I would say my... only complaint wasn't he long twisty curly fries you see on commercials are really just usually small short pieces and not curlyfries at all. Read more
