It's 2022; how about an online menu (looking at you Masison location) and the opportunity to place an order online - without... driving to SE huntsville? Today June 15 22 at 4:30 we went and we said half of our order and asked a question about the order and she did not answer, and... then we pulled up to the window and she was dancing with someone else and then she was standing and staring at us talking andlaughing for what? I don't know, and finally one of the workers' came to the window and we had just left, so I would say thesepeople need more training! Read more
I was able to choose the type of ice cream I wanted for my brownie delight and for my banana split. The butter pecan ice cream... had pecans thst were in halves. There is no shade. It's really one of the main reasons we don't visit a lot in the summer. Ice cream is good, but sta ding in... the long line in the hot sun and then having no where to go to cool off is rough. Read more
