Every time I come to this location the food is always cold! So today I only went because my son wanted to and I asked for the... chicken to be dropped fresh and said I didn?t mind waiting. We waited a couple minutes but not long at all. The food was so coldand soggy I wouldn?t let my kid eat it. I got food poisoning from this place once before because they just like to give you oldsoggy food that has been sitting there for hours. We were the only car there so no reason we couldn?t get fresh fries andchicken?.I?d definitely recommend going to the other BK in Madison. Came to this location to get breakfast on my way to work. I pulled to the window at 6:20. And when I asked the assistant... manager Beth what time does the location open she told me she doesn?t know. I told her well your sign said 6. Long story shortthe assistant manager needs to know store hours. I really couldn?t believe she told me she didn?t know. And the location wasn?topen on time. Oh...My...GOD!!!! She may look sweet BUT that little girl with the green hair is a venomous little snake! I asked for extra... veggies and she charged me for it... extra veggies, really? plus I was the only person in the drive-thru, yet it took well over15 minutes for a single order to be made. Stopped for a bite while on the road. It was close to closing and they told us they had no beef. Seriously. Burger King with no... beef. Then they ticked off all the chicken products not available. We had 1 choice by the time we were done and it was evidentwhy it was the only thing left. It was greasy and nasty. It was pretty clear to me the employees decided they wanted to get outquick on a Friday night and shut down the grill early. Read more

The employee's were playing around and ignored me to when taking my order. Then the manager was extremely rude towards me .... They messed up my order and I told them about it and they thought I was lying about it. So i took Impossible whoppers back inand the girl snatched them out of my hands and was gonna throw them in the trash which is very wasteful when someone else caneat them.. But she wouldn't give me my remake Impossible whoppers until I paid for them again. The manager was a blonde ladywith green hair/pink hair.. She was very hateful. I do NOT recommend this burger king. I got the 2/$5.00 Whopper deal and a large fry. Why is it that the single onion ring that you always get in a package of fries... seems to be the best onion ring that you?ve ever had in your entire life? Every time I get a whopper?s here the meat is pipinghot and all of the vegetables are cold and crispy and it makes for a delicious meal. The restaurant is always clean and thestaff is friendly. Service is always quick, food always hot, and staff is always super friendly and polite. Fastest service and most friendliest... staff out of all the other fast food restaurants near by. Keep up the outstanding customer service! Don?t know why this locationhas so many negative reviews. Honestly people are just being Kevin and Karen?s. Your expecting customer service everywhere to beas it was before we went into a pandemic, well sorry to say it may never be the same. Everywhere is short staffed and workingtheir butts off. If all you are going to do is complain every time you go somewhere, then how about buying breakfast items fromthe store.
