Great customer service from Chloe I was just here for a doordash pickup
This is the second time I ordered EXTRA sauce for my wings and instead received dry A.. wings and no sauce on the side. However... I did get 2 small cups of sauce that weren?t even half full. There is absolutely no excuse for this service. I definitely won?tcome back to this chilis again. Read more

I see the ratings aren?t that great here but I?ve never had any problems. The food is always great & so is our waitress. I wanna... give a big shout out to a sweet lady named Angela. She?s ALWAYS serving a lot of tables but never gets short with us & is stillvery attentive! She was very friendly today & we talked about how everything was going up n price. I commend her for working sohard & always does a fantastic job! She needs a raise because there are very few people who wanna work these days & don?t careif your happy or not but they sure expect a tip ???? Read more
Reluctantly, (and just for a change) I stopped at Chilis for lunch. Was I ever surprised! It had a Great open area... presentation, clean, a friendly greeting, and light nostalgic music playing in the background. Allie announced herself as myserver and gave me utmost attention my entire visit. I chose the BBQ Brisket Sandwich dish and OHHHHH my goodness, I couldn'tstop the gobble hound in me. I plan on going back and try out their happy hour arrangements and try different menu items withmy friends. Read more

We went after lunch and got seated immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better server. His name was Kyle and he went above... and beyond to make our meal tasty and enjoyable. He was quick to give us a lot of great options with our drinks and they weremade by a great bartender. There were 9 of us plus a baby and he didn't skip a beat with any of us. The staff was great, the were friendly and tended to our needs. The appetizers were tasty, the crown jewel of the food for this... visit. The entrees failed, we brought it home for dog food. The chicken tenders are battered like fish and tasteless. The cornon the cob was smothered in spices, the waitress did bring a replacement. The chilli was spiced to the point of having a grittexture, again the waitress replaced it with something else. The booth seating is really high with a bar to place your feet on,after a few minutes its uncomfortable. There are no dividers between booth, the people in neighboring booths are rightthere. Its been years since we have at at Chillis and maybe years for us to return. Read more
