Worst Chipotle. Needs better management and/or training. Took 18 minutes to get my order through the Chipotlane, for an average... of 3.5 minutes per car. Were these people ordering food in the mobile pickup lane? Send them around and let us pick up our food!Chicken was WAY over-salted. I was starving and couldn't even finish it. Which is the opposite of the handful of chips they gaveme. They weren't salted at all. Just plain chips. I had to ask for my drink because they had completely forgotten it. Like all other Chipotles extremely busy I was just there for a doordash pickup definitely interesting way to get to the location... you have to go around a parking lot go into the neighboring Chick-fil-A parking lot almost to go around the whole buildingunless you're going through the drive-thru just to get to this Chipotle Read more
Interesting location. Never saw anyone that remotely looked to be in charge. Always young people that look like high schoolers.... They tend to always look confused. They are friendly for the most part, but lacking management supervision. I actually feel badfor them. On many occasions - there are missing menu items. Long lines and wait times. On the other hand - the food is alwaysdelicious. I hope the owners take some to fix these issues and give us the service we deserve from taking time to support theirbusiness. Read more
We had the worst experience here. After waiting in line twice, the staff refused to allow my order. Stating the order had to be... placed online even though I was in-store. He was rude to me, and I'm not sure why. It made us so upset. We left and went toWendy's. It seemed like a prank, honestly, I laughed at first, thinking it must be. It wasn't a prank, he wouldn't serve me. Ihonestly felt for the first time in my life that it could have been because of my race. I hate to even say it, but I could notcome up with anything else. He was so friendly and overly accommodating to his same race customers in from of me in line. Pleaseask him. All I wanted was a kids meal. We went here on 11/2/22 @4:50pm. This place just opened not long ago. We ordered our food. They didn't have questions, wouldn't... be ready for a while. We paid $31 and some change, didn't get a receipt. I ordered chips and salsa and ordered a large quest.When we finally got seated, (all the tables were dirty) our chips were stale. I went up to ask the manager if they had any thatweren't stale, she said "that's all we have right now, we don't have enough people to make more so it would be after 5:30 beforeI can make some more. (That is 40 mins after we got there) we weren't waiting for more chips. So we paid extra for chips andsalsa and a large queso with no chips to eat them with. She didn't offer anything to us. She had no care about anything and wasvery rude. I understand being short staffed, but had she acted like she cared and wasn't rude, I wouldn't have written a review.The food was actually pretty good, but the service sucked and the place was dirty.
