Great burger and love skinny fries. I got the #1 meal, no cheese, no onions, burger was delicious. My Mom got the #3. She... really liked the burger & the fries are seasoned perfectly. First time here. Food was great and the people were friendly. A good burger and fries. If I lived here I'd come back again. When... This is my first time eating at Freddys. Ordered a no 3 (double california) no onion, sub out the soft drink to PBC&B concrete.... Drive thru. Got home, my no3 *only had onion*; and the concrete was only PB. No chocolate or banana. Fries were not salted;and no flavor. If you like soggy plain potatoe shoestring fries youd like them but thats not my jam. So?it was all in allpretty gross. Luckily being at home i could add lettuce I had in the fridge, loose the top layers (Im allergic to onion); andadd salt to the fries; but it just made it palatable not actually good. The meat seemed like it would be great if the burgerwas made right. My friend likes their plain vanilla custard they got. But their No 3 was missing the everything but the onion aswell. My family has visited Freddy's twice and both times were great. The staff was kind enough to explain different things on the... menu. We showed up with about 40 people after a ball game an hour before closing time and they accommodated us well and servicewas great. Read more

Hey @freddysusa! How is it that I ordered a Double California Burger combo, and the sandwich is missing 3 of the main... ingredients? There was no 1000 island dressing, no tomato, and no lettuce! Seriously, very disappointed in this establishmentfor my first ever visit! That?s the problem with going through the drive thru nowadays! From what I can see through the window,the place was not short staffed! I counted roughly ten employees, and I saw about 5 employees just standing in a huddle laughingwhile the others were working! Simple mistakes that led to a very bad first impression! I will not recommend this place toanyone at this time! Please focus on the details and do better! Follow Up to the last review: I was contacted by Heatherfollowing the last review, and she sincerely apologized for the fiasco and she promptly sent out 2 comp cards to make up For themistake. I received the cards in a timely manner and I went back on the date of 12/23/2021 to indulge in the free combo. I hadthe California style combo and I must say it was great! Upon entering the restaurant it looked like a well oiled machine and theplace was humming along with activity. I also had a Hawaiian custard that was free and delicious.
