Like every fast food place they need more employees. We got our food fairly quickly but others were not as lucky. I'm glad they... keep their dinning room open later than many restaurants in the area. Several people left when they saw the line for Sundaylunch. I only saw 3 employees. We had a great experience at this KFC location (after having a bad experience at the KFC on Highway 53 near University Drive).... The worker's were nice and helpful, and the shift-manager was very nice. Our fairly large order (two 16-piece meals) was readyquickly and we enjoyed our food. Read more

If no stars were possible, then it would get none. Tried to order with the KFC app, which includes paying with the order. Went... to the restaurant following the pick up instructions. About 10 minutes after my pickup time, they told me that part of my orderwas not available. I told them to cancel the order. The Manager told me that the restaurant does not have a way to cancel an apporder. I asked her to call someone else, but hot the same answer. She gave me an 800 number to call about my order. After about15 minutes on hold, the answering end went to voice mail. There was no one to speak to at their 800 resolutions number fororders. I will not pay the $45 bill. The app will disappear as soon as I get this resolved. First time to KFC in a long time.This experience will make a much longer time before I consider offering KFC my business. Don?t roll out an app for orderingunless you have trained your employees on its workings and how to fix or resolve in-app issues. ?I don?t know anything about theapp? is not an answer, especially when the manager is the one giving patter. Went there to purchase supper and was very surprised. First they were telling people that their drive through computer was... broken and to come inside to order. I suspect that they were so backed up that they just decided to route everyone inside.Placed order for an eight piece meal with the white meat original and dark meat crispy. They got that wrong and gave me alloriginal. There were quite a few people waiting inside for 20 to 30 minutes for their chicken. What is going on with managementand customer service these days? At least offer the people a free drink or an apology for the wait! Read more

They've remodeled this KFC to make it more modern and clean. Food was cooked correctly and order was correct. I love KFC! They... do offer a military discount. The only thing that is a little annoying is that if you're going to advertise you've got a buffetplease put the buffet hours on the door. I think it would help. We stopped and came in and then realized that their buffet wasclosed. Otherwise it was a good visit. Read more

Overall had a decent experience. The staff wasn't rude, the speed of service was good. I ordered two chicken littles which... wasn't correct but they were able to correct it pretty quickly. Their choices are actually pretty decent and thing the taste hasimproved, but after hearing about a number of quality issues on the kitchen it does leave me a bit weary how safe the food is.Not to mention when I was ordering it didn't look all that clean or organized. I've attached some images of the store whichlooks better than others I've been to, but if you look closely they need to do a bit of a better job cleaning, the floorscovered with crumbs and straw sleeves. Walls are damaged, most of the chairs missing rubber caps so are very loud to move. ButI'm still giving them credit due to speed, taste and customer satisfaction. I am a bit worried about the state of the storesince she personally asked most of the guests to leave a 5 star survey for a cookie, but I would like to think YUM would do goodin their struggling situation to keep stores like these vs others I've been to.
