The food was excellent and moderately priced. We are at the bar. The steak was fantastic, as were the mashed potatoes. Great... selection of beer. Service was great, and our Server was very friendly. She made everyone feel welcome. No smoking. Music wasn'ttoo loud, so people could have conversations. I would definitely go there again. Read more
Mark was the absolute best server. He cared about my parents' satisfaction with their steaks and would check in with us to see... if we were satisfied. My mom ordered a NY Strip at medium temperature but it came out well done. My dad flagged Mark down andtold him the issue; he immediately apologized and brought back a medium done steak. I ordered the steak and ribs combo and the Steak was over cooked and returned 2nd time steak same plus all the sides was... returned from first plate cold. Butter never melted in baked sweet potatoe... Returned plate unsatisfied, discouraged andhungry... Service was acceptable. Read more
Gave it 3 stars only because of the great burger and fresh salad. otherwise it would be 1 star. The ribeye steak was a weird... gray, lacking proper grill marks and overcooked. Sent back. Got another one. Same thing except they didn't bring a new bakedpotato. Expected me to eat old cold Potato with melted sour cream, I guess. At that point I declined a 3rd try. Told them removethe steak from my bill. Finished my salad, paid and left. Can't tell you the flavor of steak because they looked so disgusting Iwasn't going to try either one. By far one of the worst experiences at this chain thus far. Paper ticket in the frys, cold bacon bits(used as a substitute for... some reason) on burgers, no eating utensils after asking 4 different people' and the sweet tea was awful. The guy who washosting tonight was lazy and acted like he couldn't be bothered when people came in. Read more
Crab cake appetizers were delicious! The food was good, but there was lots of miscommunication between the staff which resulted... in finger pointing on who was supposed to help us. First time was okay, I've never been to a Logan's before but am willing togive another try. Bread was again good, hot and fresh but the burger was over cooked.... but at least I got extra crispybacon! Did appreciate the use of their own bread for the burger buns. Read more
Came here for dinner last night. We had a good experience. Restaurant was clean and well-lighted. Had the onion petal appetizer... which was very good. Wife ordered a hamburger and I got the Anything and Everything Salad. Both entrees were delicious. Ourserver was courteous and attentive. The only concern I had was it was rather cold inside. As we were leaving another womanleaving at the same time also mentioned how cold it was in the restaurant. Read more
Logan's Roadhouse just added a Cajun Chicken and Sausage Alfredo Pasta to the menu. I was blown away at how good this was.... Special pasta sauce and spices make this meal. Good job to the cook on this one. My garlic bread was hard as a rock. But themeal was great. Read more
