It's everything you'd expect from a McDonald's plus an extra wait of 20 to 45 minutes with each visit to the drive-thru. I don't... know how much quicker the service is inside, but I definitely wouldn't visit if I was looking for a quick meal to go. Read more
I get skipped in line every time I go through the drive through. The person taking my order really didn't care. Not only that... I've gotten there iced coffee 3 several times and it always tastes like an ash tray. This will definitely be my last timereturning to this establishment. Read more

App users can really get screwed here. Second time being an issue. 1st 6:45 am , waited 20 minutes at the pick up spot before... going in and showing mobile receipt and getting accused for trying to get free service and told I didn?t pay before finallygetting a frappe that was literally half whipped cream. Definitely done on purpose by the staff member who had raised her voiceand was arguing about my payment. Second, today I offer for lobby pickup and after waiting 10 minutes in my car because I sawthat they were busy , went to head in and doors were locked and drive through was about a 20 minute line with no notification ofthis or care by staff once so ever. The staff was awesome, food was good and the atmosphere was great.
Normally when you go to McDonald's they say good morning may I help you what do you want. How rude. This place needs to go... through and weed out the people that don't know what management is or how to have people skills. You're supposed to be politeand very uplifting. Not this place. Read more
