Went here too get some food for my coworkers, and they where busy and seemed to be a little stressed but was doing an amazing... job! I expressed that I really wanted the yellow guy toy. I placed a mobile order for 3 lg fries and a double cheeseburger. It should have been ready when we got there. The drive through... was packed so my daughter went inside. It was 23 minutes after we got there that we got our food. There were people who cameafter we did and ordered inside who got their food before we got ours. It was busy but there were several people working. Itried calling this location several times to place a complaint but NO ONE ever would answer. I will NOT be visiting thislocation again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is reflected in their rating. Read more
Staff was a little rude and more focused on their conversations and not on greeting customers. When I walked in the first thing... that was asked was ?you want someone to take your order? which I thought was a bit rude. I said ?no, I ordered on the app?. Theemployee then walked away without saying anything else. Then the manager handed me my food without saying anything. The servicehowever was quick and food hot. The other morning the staff was very friendly, but these staff members this morning were not.The beverage counter was also littered with trash and trash can over flowing. I understand if your busy, but please take time toclean and empty the trash. I rather wait a few minutes while you clean then to have to touch a nasty counter. Read more
I went directly from the drive thru to the curb side/mobile order parking spot, and say and waited 35 minutes to have 2 sausage... McMuffins and a small hi c brought to me. Mind you, they tried to give my food to the wrong people and told me sorry for thedelay, they forgot there was a mobile order still. No they did not have to cook my food again, it was over cold when it got tome, plus the drink had no ice instead of extra ice. Couldn't call the store during my wait because they don't know how to answerthe phone. They weren't even busy at all. Sad, just sad. Read more
We live nearby, and my kids love going to McDonalds. This location seems to get our orders wrong as often as they get them... right. The employees are nice, and seem to be doing their best. This location is just understaffed for peak times. Generally,the wait is less and the orders are correct during slower times. I recommend going during off-peak hours. Read more
I go to this McDonald's every morning and usually service is pretty good, but today I ordered my usual oatmeal and sausage egg... mcmuffin and the oatmeal literally looked like soup and was inedible. My breakfast sandwich was crunchy with egg shells aswell. The prices for food at McDonald's is already too expensive, but overpaying for a meal that I can't eat is unacceptable. Read more
Courteous staff, but messed up my simple single order.. A bit annoyed because they have the double drive through - and I was at... my order point before 2 cars that pulled up after I was already waiting on the order to acknowledge my vehicle. The order was 4piece nuggets, apple slices n milk. I wasn't ask about sauce choice and I too forgot to mention it. When I got my order, I driveoff b4 checking it. Only to open it and find 6 piece nuggets...no apple slices and no sauce. I am guessing it could have beenpayback because I had questioned the order taker about why the other 2 cars were acknowledged before mine. It took 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. It should never take this long to go through a fast food drive through.... While I was waiting I counted 10+ cars pull out and give up waiting. The food however was good and we liked what we got. Sausageegg and cheese biscuit and a chicken biscuit and hash browns. Read more
