The first few weeks the breakfast sandwiches were perfect. The past 3 visits, not so good. The sausage, egg, McMuffin have... become very disappointing. The edges of the English muffin has been completely dried out and barely edible. I suspect they?vebeen microwaved as the center of the sandwich is hot, but the edges dried out and tough. I believe I?ve given them plenty ofchances, but I won?t continue to waste my money. They appear to be lacking quality control. I speak from experience, as I was anemployee in the 70?s and 80?s. I went through the drive thru to get 3 meals, paid $27.50 and when I got home there was no meat on 1 of the burgers. I just... called to the store and asked to speak with a manager about my order. A female said she was the manger and when I asked hername to make sure when I went back to deal with my order she wouldn?t give me her name. I asked why she would not and she toldme I didn?t need to know the info that when I came back they would replace the burger. I asked if it was company policy not fora manager to give out their first name, and her reply was it would be addressed when I came back. Her last comment was.. whenyou come back tell whoever Hannah said it was ok lol. Wow just wow? I won?t be back and that?s a shame being a new establishmentin such a good location. Read more
Drove through on my way from work around 7:30 PM on 10/29/22. I ordered the quarter pounder meal with no onions or pickles. Got... home the burger was very cold. There were onions in the box so I checked the burger. They had scrapped off the onions andpickles from an old burger. Some onions and pickle pieces were still stuck in the cheese. I took a small bite and the burger wasraw. I will never be back. I wish they had a No star option on the review. Read more
This McDonald?s was a welcome addition to this area when we saw it being built, but in only two visits, it has removed itself... has an option. I won?t complain about the wait, they were swamped and could not keep up, that?s ok. What is not acceptable isthe way this burger was thrown in the bag. (It was open like in the picture when I first looked at it) This was also acheeseburger which I ordered as ?a cheeseburger with ketchup only? I suppose someone can take that as asking for no cheese, butthat has never been an issue I?ve had before. You can also see in the second photo the ungodly amount of salt and pepper onthese patties which made it inedible and a waste of money. We have also ordered nuggets both times we?ve gone. These seemedstale or as if the oil was old. They were bad. Your fries were hot though I guess. Last thing: the young girl working the drivethru around 5:30 on Friday, October 21st has a bad attitude and does not need to be dealing with customers. Read more
I'm rating this as-is due to the fact that, while things are a touch slow, they can't help how flooded they get. The food is... good, the staff is nice and quite friendly, and the prices are great. It wouldn't make for a bad spot to hang out for a whilewith friends if one would be needed. Read more
I?d give this zero stars if I could. I?d prefer not to pay for a half eaten cheeseburger. Seriously what the hell is this?!!
What a huge disappointment! I was so excited to take my granddaughter to this brand new McDonalds (it's only a few weeks old)... for lunch today. Upon entering, we both went to the restroom to wash our hands. I was immediately shocked to see how dirty therestroom was, with toilet paper and dirt on the floor, and the sink and toilets seemingly hadn't been cleaned in days. It onlygot worse from there, as the dining was filthy. The floors in the dining room were really dirty (you could see shoe prints allover the floor); all the tables except one by the window where we sat, hadn't been cleaned and had crumbs and/or ketchup allover them; and some tables had lots of fries and trash under them. Worse, I counted no less than 10 flies in the dining room! With the dining room so filthy, I started wondering how the kitchen might look. Anyway, I really hope this McDonald can gettheir act together, as it's new and modern. I will give them a second chance and go back in a few weeks, but if it's anywherenear the same condition next time, I'll scratch it off my list. Read more
Great app. Curbside yay. A young man delivered my order after 10min wait time.(not bad). But dressed in dark clothing. No idea... he worked at the restaurant. No greeting. Just handed me the bag.
