Ordered through the app 5 mins prior to arriving. Checked in the stall and have been waiting 30 mins. Pushed the red button... after my order went off the screen. The ordering screen says we will be with you shortly that was Atleast 10 mins ago. There areAtleast 5 other people here as well with a similar situation going on, it's hot ????, idk if they don't have employees or ifthey are just busy or what the deal is. Third time I've visited this location with the same results. I think I'll go somewhereelse next time. Just informed they couldn't find my order :( showed them in the app and where it took the $$ out of the bankaccount. Employee stated they will work on it and get it out ASAP... I place my order ( large lemonade and large water) in the app and it took at least 12 minutes for someone to come to my car to... tell me that they didn't have lemonade and offer me another drink. I'm not even sure if I paid more for the lemonade then Iwould have the slush that I ended up getting. The young man who brought my order out was very nice. It just took way too longafter ordering in the app while I was sitting at Sonic and then immediately checking in. Read more

Absolutely the worst Sonic I've ever seen. The last 4times I been there they've been either out of something or a broke... machine. Today I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a really large order - large slush. Manager came over and said the stallswere closed. Even though they just served 2 cars. Your guess is as good as mines. This was SUPPOSED to be a number 3. Bacon double cheeseburger meal instead it?s only bread, a... strip of bacon, toppings and NO MEAT! Paid $10 for nothing? & now can?t even get an answer on the phone. Stay far away from thissonic made an online order at 1:17 didn?t get the food until 1:50 for the wrong order to be brought out TWICE & food stillwrong. Service here is courteous every time that I have been here. The milkshake I had is good but I'm fighting it because it's super... thick (that's not a complaint, by the way). ???? Literally the slowest sonic I have been to. There is hardly anyone in any stalls and all I ordered were drinks and it is taking... over 30 minutes. This has happened two times and I have only been here two times. They need to look into stronger management ora better franchise owner to manage this business. Read more
