Food was ok. Not the best sonic I?ve been to but not the worst either. The outside patio was a mess with food and trash... scattered about. We asked for ketchup for two orders of chicken and tots and they gave us two packets. Seems kind of silly?didn?t leaving feeling particularly impressed but it?s fast food so it is what it is?. I had just gone to the Sonic on Sullivan Street and waited 40 minutes for two slushees, only to be told that they didn?t have... slushees. They block off their stalls so even though I had ordered online I still had to wait in the regular line. Decided todrive to this location right after and WOW! I not only drove there, got my correct order, and drove all the way home within 30minutes, but whoever gave me my order was SO friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name because it was a breath of freshair talking to her after my other experience! It?s out of the way for me, but I will definitely be returning!! Read more
I love this Sonic. 95% of the time my order is perfect, and the few times it hasn't been accurate, (like accidentally putting... pickles on something when I ordered no pickles or forgetting a sauce - it happens, we're human!) they've been sooo nice andapologetic that I literally don't even care. Going to another sonic just feels like a completely different restaurant. The staffhere is always so professional and so nice, my order always comes out quickly, and the quality is consistently great. This isabsolutely my go-to fast food spot. Other Sonic's should aspire to be like this one. There's a reason they're always busy! Keepup the great work y'all!!! Read more
This Sonic is slow. They are constantly understaffed. But what we got was as good as any other Sonic (except the one in Madison.... It's always better for some reason.) We mostly just get drinks there. No better place for that. Read more
I've been to many Sonics across the country, and this one is the best by far. This is not the closest Sonic to our house (we... pass others to get here), but we will continue to drive farther to go to this location. The others are awful. The staff issuper friendly, the location is very clean, and the food is hot and delicious. In addition to the typical Sonic outdoor seating,this location has good quality patio furniture including wicker ottomans and chairs. Each table also has a plant on it - thenice furniture and homey touch of plants just push this Sonic feel to the next level. On our way out, we noticed the sign thatsaid this location is voted as one of the top 12 locations in the US - nothing about that surprises me. Review edited: weordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, got it home, and were disappointed by the 3 tiny tenders we got. They were not eventasty. Come on, you guys are better than this. Read more
