We moved from Utah to Huntsville, AL, five months ago. Since being here we've driven by several Steak-Out restaurants. Well, on... 10/31/22, we decided to try the restaurant on Madison Blvd., in Madison. My wife and I both had lunch specials: steak tips andchopped steak, baked potato (butter & sour cream; potatoes were cooked perfectly!), salad (1,000 Island dressing) and sweet tea(meals came w/a roll, too). WOW! The charbroiled flavor for both meats, was amazingly good; good sized portions (you don't getcheated!) - we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Rest assured that we will be repeat customers! Read more

Ruby (Steak Out Manager-Shelton Road) is truly a jewel! I have lived in the Madison area for nearly 15 years but I am a... Huntsville native. This is hands down the best location. If I have ever had any problems, Ruby has always fixed any issue. Irarely have issues and enjoy every bite. After ordering from this location over the past 15 years, the food is still great andbetter than any Steak Out location. I may be bias but I have visited all locations on countless occasions as well. I ordered at 1:56 pm for delivery, my work is 3 minutes away on Shelton rd. I called at 3 where's my order. The manager told the... lady on the phone to say we came out and couldn't find anybody. We have a security guard at the gate and y'all had my phonenumber to call. Why don't the employees call. It's 3:20 and waiting still. Y'all have good food but your manager this eveningsucks Read more
New to the southeast US and this place is close to our house. I got a burger and a baked potato. all the items cam on the side,... which was smart because when you get to go food having soggy food at home is the worst so I appreciated that! The burger wasn'tanything special but it wasn't bad. The baked potato was incredible. It wasn't the most impressive meal I've had but I wouldlove to try something other than a burger because I feel that they've got other food I was really enjoy. I'll definitely beback. Read more
Placed an online order. Never got a confirmation email nor call so I called the establishment to see where it was. Someone... answered the phone and said ?didn?t you already place an order?? I let her know that I did but didn?t receive a confirmation.She then proceeds to tell me that I didn?t have an order and the last one she received from me was last week? What a joke!! Thisis the second time that lady has answered and had some sort of attitude or lack of training. Will not be ordering again. Read more
