Would not go here, out of most items, inconsistent hours, workers are kind of rude as well, and they take absolutely no coupons

The worst place I've been, gave me a "slider" with two tiny pieces of ham I asked If I could add extra and I'd pay for it they... said no, okay fine I asked for guacamole on the side he said okay its cold is that okay, I said yes...to my surprise it wasn'tcold it was FROZEN, I asked for my money back for the guacamole and He said well I told you it was cold it's the same thing...like seriously ???? Would not go there again. Rude and racist people. Working there they barely wanted to attend us and that's because we're... Latinos. I saw them turn away 3 African American men. So I go in subway to order dinner and am trying to find my coupons that I had and as I'm searching for the coupons I placed my... order and the whole time I'm ordering the employee is obviously aware I'm looking for the coupons because I've said it about 3times now and he decides not to tell me, until I'm passed on to the manager to pay, that they don't take coupons. I still paidthe full price for my food, which I never would have ordered if I knew they didn't take them, they do have signs up saying nocoupons, and I over looked it because hey I was looking for mine. That's why I had no problem paying full price. So I sit downand start eating my way to expensive sub, $30 for 2 people at subway, and about half way through I noticed a piece of hair stuckin the bread of my sub that I was eating. I took it to the manager and he puts on a glove and picks the hair out of the breadand says there is nothing there. Yes he pretended to see nothing as he plucked the hair out and said there isn't anything hewill do. It took everything I had to walk out of there without making a scene. Had a hard time understanding the people behind the counter. My brother usually gets everything on his cold cut sub including... extra tomatoes and black olives. They didn?t want to put the extra ingredients on there. We got 2 cups of water. The waterbutton is on the lemonade, and I guess people request water and get lemonade a lot. The lady came from behind the counter andkept asking us if we had gotten lemonade. We said we hadn?t, but even after she walked away, she seemed to still be fussingabout the lemonade. I accidentally bent my brother?s straw trying to open it so he couldn?t drink through it. They seemed veryannoyed when I had to get him another straw. I am used to going to the Hughes Road location, so I probably won?t be back to thisone. Read more
