Just ordered in the drive thru. All was well until my granddaughter had to potty while we were waiting in line, I got out of... the car to take her to the restroom. It was after 11 am and the lobby was supposed to be open. The doors were still locked. Iwalked around and asked about the doors & access to the restroom. The first window guy was very nice and said he will check. But, the girl in the second window was not friendly at all and sarcastically said that they will open the door soon. Not cool! Keep in mind, we were walking around the building doing all this while hubby was in line paying for our $30+ order. Anotherolder lady finally did open the door and was friendly about it. But, the young girl in the second window definitely set anegative tone for this visit. She needs to be a bit more tolerant of the customers needs and try to be a bit more positive &friendly. I always love Wendy's. I freaking love their burgers. Wish their fries were alittle crispier but that's the worst thing I could... say. And the price isn't too bad either! Read more

Employees here are really friendly and the drive-thru was pretty quick. I just had a simple order, but everything was fresh and... hot. Not sure if the dining room is open. In the app it says only the drive-through is open, but maybe someone was insideeating? They also have a couple curbside pickup spots. Read more
The food is always hot. The crew is always kind and delivers quick service! My order is always made correctly and I never have... any issues when I stop at this location! Their salads, asiago spicy chicken sandwich, and baconator are my top choices/go to's. Read more

Worst service I have ever received. The lady at the speaker started taking our order and then demanded we pull around with the... rudest tone. We get to the window and she tells us that we can't add to our order, rolls her eyes and walks away from the windowjust leaving us there. Idk what happened today but this is no way to treat anyone. Once we got our food we had to pull backaround as we needed ketchup. We pulled to the open window and were told we needed to wait and pull up to the next window. Howhard is it to walk a few feet and grab something for a customer who already had waited, received horrible service and spenttheir money at your establishment?? I am not sure why the dining room is still closed. I would have much rather just walked inand got what I needed myself instead of dealing with this staff. I will never come back to this restaurant and will share witheveryone I know the mood of this establishment. To the worker with the rugrats hoodie and no name tag(convenient) Wendy'sdefinitely needs better employees who value their jobs and mission statement. It's unacceptable to treat anyone the way youtreated us as customers today.
