This is the filthiest Wendy's I've ever seen! It's pathetic really. I sent corporate an email over a week ago, and still NO... response. The owners need to look at how their employees are ruining their business. Your shoes stick to the floor It's sodirty. The station where you get ketchup and straws & napkins hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long! The tables werehorrible. Come on Wendy's do better for your customers!!! SLOW...and it's not because they didn't have the workers. There was a dozen people behind the counter, most standing and... talking. LOUD carrying on by employees in the back. Place needs a thorough cleaning. The tables were sticky and the bathroomswere dirty. No ketchup cups for dispenser. No salt on condemn bar. The 100+ drinks was out of dr. Pepper and diet Dr. Pepper. For the most part a pretty good experience. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry. They didn't have the best flavor and... were bland. Thus having to use a dipping sauce to garner any appreciable flavor. The french frys could have been cooked a littlebit longer for a little crisp on the outside. Read more
The food was good and fresh! My waitress didn't get my order right and forgot to put on the baconator fries :( the workers there... are all scowling and seem very unapproachable. It's off putting but overall they got my food out fast and fresh. Read more
I have never wrote a "food review" before, with that being said last night our family wanted to go to Arbys in Hazel Green.... Unfortunately, we were turned away at the drive thru window because they had inadequate staffing. We decided to try it againtonight and select a place we never go and venture out of Hazel Green. We chose Wendy's on hwy 72. HANDS DOWN THE BEST FREAKINFOOD WE HAVE HAD!!! Our order was 100% and the food was delicious, fresh and can tou believe they even put a reasonable amountof napkins in each bag. I remember eating at a wendy's restaurant about 2 yrs ago and wasn't impressed at all- you guys made upfor that tonight. I got a bunless grilled chicken sandwich and it was neat and delicious!
