Waited 25 minutes trapped in the drive through before I could order. Order the pricey pretzel bacon pub burger, waited an... additional 10 minutes to get my food after ordering just to get home and recognize I had been given a cheeseburger instead ofwhat I ordered (the rest of the order in the bag was correct, by the way). The general lack of care about their customers timeand money as well as the overall incompetence of the staff guarantees I will never visit this location again. They were working through a lunch rush, so I understand the complete busy rush, but the nuggets were overcooked and my big bacon... cheddar burger was missing everything except the burgers and cheese. There was absolutely no crispy onions or bacon. Read more
Food is good. Not sure if it's good enough for the 20 to 30 minutes you will be sitting in line. On my last visit I thought that... since the drive thru line is soooo slow, thought I would save some time by going inside. I did this because nobody was inside. Idon't know what I was thinking!!! Oh, no... Their priority is the drive thru. But, rest assured it's not much of a priority. I'mnot sure anyone at this location has any priorities of any kind!!! Read more
Food and service was good but floors were very slippery. I almost fell and my husband fell in the bathroom trying to get up... from toilet. He had to have help getting back to dining room because his shoes kept sliding. It felt like the floor hadgrease all over it. Read more
food quality and customer service has went to HELL. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Was in the drive thru for a... total of 10 minutes with no one in front of me. noted it did take 2 minutes for me to order and pay, however I sat at the pickupwindow for the rest of the 8 minutes no one spoke to me or handed me my drink while I waited on my other items. Finally get myorder, still was not greeted and received COLD fries, and no dressing with my salad, which I had to ask for and a cold responsefollowed. will not be back. Read more
Ordered two biggie bags in drive through, was told they had no sodas. Then we I returned home the fries were over cooked and the... chicken nuggets were over cooked/burnt. I called the store to see if I could get them replaced and they told me yes so I droveall the way back there in the rain. When I got to the drive thru box to explain the situation, I was asked to come inside whichI told the lady I would prefer not to considering it was raining and I chose drive thru for a reason? I didn?t want to comeinside. I was asked to park and they would bring it out so that?s what i did. I received my replacement nuggets and they werestill over cooked/ burnt. I didn?t even bother complaining anymore so I left. I go to this location quite often and the friesand nuggets are ALWAYS overcooked. I never have this experience at any of the other wendy?s in my town except this one. I?mnever the one to leave reviews but I am so disappointed with this location. I will not be returning back.
