ordered wings and things boneless with tongue torch. found a balled up hair wrapped around one of my boneless wings. my zax... sauce had a puncture in it, it was rotten. called I told about my food they hung up on me. called corporate they wasn't anyhelp. I would ask for my money back but after reading everybody's complaints I know I wasn't getting my $12 back. reallydisgusting to them to do this. please if your reading this, AVOID this place. this place is disgusting. My family and I are new in town, my son asked me for bbq chicken for dinner and I tried to deliver, Googled BBQ chicken near me... and Zaxby?s came out. Good chicken, we loved coleslaw salad and signature sauce, real good. But the place needs maintenance andsome cleaning, especially sits and tables and bathrooms. Just went through drive through ordered chicken finger with fries and hot sauce. She asked me to repeat it so i did very... clearly. Rainy weather possibly muted microphone but she did repeat it correctly. Got home and opened it all i had was fivewings. No Fries. No hot sauce. 4 outa the 5 were flats with one drumstick :( Not going back. Too bad its gone downhill. Read more

Awesome service here tonight. The worker at the drive thru was beyond nice. They had our food ready by the time we got to the... window and we were the only people there. Everything HOT and accurate. Again, GREAT service. Read more

I have gone to this particular Zaxby's location and the last two experiences have not been good. I just moved to the area. When... I visited last week, I went inside and ordered a Signature Sandwich. I wanted an extra Ranch and I was charged 25 cents for onesauce. I paid it with no problem. When I went inside today, I noticed two individuals who asked for sauce and they were notcharged anything. Now I don't know if there is a charge for sauce or not, but it should be fair for everyone. Either chargeeveryone or noone. I waited at least 15 minutes for my order and they got my order wrong after that long wait. Now the ManagerKeena was very nice and told me that when I come back for my next visit, I could get something free. The food wasn't all thatgood either. I'm giving Zaxby's a thumbs down because those working in there didn't look like they knew what to do. If I haveany more issues on my next visits, I will find another location. Read more

Honestly can not believe I'm having to write this. I went and got lunch for my boss and I today at around 12 PM. It's one thing... to get my order wrong but it's another thing to violate food safety codes. I open my nibblers meal and saw a sandwich that had apiece of bread missing. I figured, okay, maybe the bun got broken during handling. I was disappointed to find no extra Texastoast as substitute for the fries. When I got to my last nibbler which was against my middle nibbler, I saw a bite taken out.When I called the store, the person picked up was dismissive. "Ain't nobody take a bite outta your food. We have cameras inhere, nobody would do that. It's just broken". I indicated I had pictures. She didn't offer any apologies or even sympathizeabout my complaints. I said I will send a complaint to corporate and she told me to send pictures to her cellphone. Are youserious? Why would I send pictures to a cellphone number of a person who obviously doesn't believe me. So here I am, lettingeveryone in Madison know about how it goes down at this Zaxby's. Customers beware! Customer Service is at a all time low at this place!!! I visited this location to purchase a salad for lunch. Two teenagers... were OUTSIDE taking orders in currency in 100+ degrees. Both of them were nice and pleasant. I drove up to the window and satthere for about 5 minutes before someone approached the window. NO ONE was in front of me. An older black lady opens thewindow, no greeting, no smile, no eye contact... I asked for a cup of ice, the window slams shut. I sat there checking my bag. Suddenly, the window opens and a cup and straw appears. I then asked to PURCHASE an additional dressing for my salad. Thewindow slams shut AGAIN. I sat there. The window opens and a swift hand holding a packet of salad dressing appears and Ifinally hear a disgruntle voice say, "Have a nice day". I guess she was NOT going to give me a chance to ask for anything else. I called the location and spoke to the Manager. I would kind of expect a little attitude from the two (2) teenagers standing inthe blazing heat but not a seasoned woman who is working inside with the AC blowing. Now is not the time to be rude tocustomers. We are what pays "your" pay check. I will be contacting the Corporate office. Read more

Southwest Salad. Taste good but small in portion. Got 2 dressings...for this tiny thing 1 would have suffieced.
