Reviews for Dunkin' in Madison, CT
I go to Dunkin almost everyday and today was painful. I ordered three coffees and two bagels. The coffee came out within... minutes. I waited over 15 minutes for the bagels. Employees did not have a care in the world. You would think after seeing thesame person wait for two bagels for over 15 minutes you would do whatever it takes to complete the order. Generally like this dunkin. But today i overheard an drive thru employee say to his other employees "don't talk to anyone... entering the front". I find this very unprofessional considering everyone should have the same service drive thru or walk-in. Read more
Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, fresh food, indoor and outdoor seating available.

Lobby closed so Employees dog can roam!! 20 min in drive thru for a Door Dash.. Owner needs to makes some changes quick!!!
I absolutely love their coffee. I know it's nothing fancy. There is just something about it. It's almost like the comfort food... of coffee. A medium regular And the coffee roll. And I'm good till dinner. Read more
