Monday I ate a Steak and Cheese from here and while biting into it, I bit a carpenter screw! Yes a carpenter screw I couldn't... believe my eyes! I could've swallowed that! I'm sorry but that's not ok! The person I spoke to on the phone offered the moneyback and another free sandwich, but seriously I was NOT eating there again. They came back to give the money back but it wasn'tthe full amount and they also had the nerve to say "well at lease you didn't put a bad review on Yelp"! Seriously? I remember when Petrillo's first opened in Madison across from my father-in-laws restaurant the Clam Castle. They had the best... pizza I ever had & still do. Thank God it never bothered Art when we'd go over there after work and eat. To this day, my sons &I still order from them at least once or twice a week and will continue to. Read more
I used to love Petrillo's I swore by them, telling my friends that they have the best pizza around. Unfortunately, they didn't... like it. I told them that can't be right. Not Petrillo's, but the last two times have left me very disappointed. I am now goingto look for a new pizza place to eat. Tonight was the last straw..they take the order, but when I receive it it's not what Iordered. Like tonight..it was light sauce..they were heavy on the sauce, and as for the other one it was extra cheese and therewas regular amount of cheese on it. The crust was all wrong as it was way too thin. I like a thicker crust. The last time thecrust was all uneven. Really thick in some parts and really thin in others. Either they have new employees or they changed handsand not told anyone. That's how different it's been the last couple of times. Read more

I love Petrillo's Pizza! Everyone is super nice and I have always felt welcomed. Being surrounded by so many pizza places by my... school, this is by far the best. My personal favorite item that they have is their mozzarella sticks. Anytime I have the chanceto eat their pizza, I am always so excited. Can't wait to go back! Read more
