There was time when this was a nice place to eat. Ordered curbside and an not I shouldn?t be surprised but as usual I had to go... in and get my order. I called two times, no answer. I walk in and the two ladies at the cash register are standing theretalking to each other. Cold food and part of order missing. People getting paid to half way work. Read more
Terrible, 15 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered. 10 minutes later we were told that it would be 15 more minutes because... they had to make the chicken pot pie fresh. What did they do run out of frozen meals? So we got the hamburger steak, while wewaited we saw that the family next to us had to send their food back the order wasn't right. Our hamburger steak finally showedup. One was cooked properly the other was not, mostly raw in the center. No need to send it back, by this time we had been therefor over an hour. I know it's not a fast food restaurant but service seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Not only herebut at other locations. I know Cracker Barrel will not go broke if one or two people go elsewhere for a meal out. Sad to sayit's just not what it use to be. Definitely would not recommend. Read more
We sent down fast ordered soon as lady showed up. Wife got meat loaf I got normal maple bacon chicken within 10 minutes food... came out fast looked good. My chicken was raw as can be was pink inside. Said something to waiter she notice it said sorry wentto back she showed cook that was pink. Came out said sorry new cook I understood but what made me upset was they didn?t redothe meal that heated up same meal bottom of chicken was burnt and same cuts was in chicken. I didn?t eat any of meal will notcome back for a while. I sent a complaint which never do I didn?t get a phone call I get a random email I get a free plate onthem. You know those nights when you just don't feel like cooking? This was one of them! We could not decide what we wanted, but... agreed that it should be a hardy meal (and the little one had never experienced a place that sells crackers andbarrels). Always a safe place to land for any meal Read more
As much as I enjoy the food I do not recommend ordering take out. We didn't receive any butter, honey or jelly for the rolls.... That is one of the best parts of the meal. When you realize it once you are on the road it is too late!!! If my dogs were nottraveling we would have went inside. At least then they would not have missed any items Read more

The service was fairly good but the wait time for food was a bit much. I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner and my husband... ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner, we waited for over 40 minutes(w/o) any bread or anything to nibble on while we waitedfor our food the waitress must've noticed the look on my face, so she decided to come and give is an update on our food we werewaiting for the chicken to fry. Once our food came to the table my plate was luke warm but my husband had a piping hot plate. Ididn't complain because I was hungry, but next time try to be a little more intuitive with your clientele. Read more
